friendly staff

the hotel has a great location, just a short walk to some wonderful shops and restaurants. the indoor pool is a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay enjoyable. also, guests have raved about the soothing Turkish bath, which is a lovely touch.

The room had two bathrooms which made our stay easier with the kids. The hotel was close to the town center and the Wi-Fi worked well for us.

We had a poor experience with the restaurant. The food quality was not good and some of it was inedible.

It was just a good pick for exploring town in Brescia with great value. The bed was comfortable and sleep quality was good. Just be prepared for a bit of a walk through the traffic tunnel to get to the old town.
